Criminal

  • PC 977 Waiver

    Waiver of Defendant's Physical or Remote Appearance (Penal Code 977) 

  • ALP-CR-001: Request to Be Placed on Court's Calendar (Misdemeanor/ Felony)

    Request to place a criminal case on the court's criminal calendar. See the court's calendar schedule for potential dates. 

  • ALP-CR-002: Request for Remote Appearance (Misdemeanor/ Felony)

    Request to appear remotely via Zoom for a specified court hearing. See Local Rule 1.7.3 for eligible remote appearances. 

Traffic

  • ALP-TR-001: Certificate/ Proof of Correction

    May be submitted to the court in lieu of a lost, damaged, or otherwise unavailable copy of a citation to provide proof of correction of an eligible vehicle code infraction. 

  • ALP-TR-002: Request to Attend Traffic School and Order

    Request to attend traffic school if the court clerk does not have the authority to grant traffic violator school pursuant to California Rule of Court Rule 4.104(b)(2)(G).

  • ALP-TR-003: Request for Traffic Court Trial

    Submit a written plea of not guilty and request a court trial before a judge. 

  • ALP-TR-004: Request for Continuance of Traffic Court Trial and Order

    Request that a court trial that has already been scheduled be continued for good cause. Must be received by the Court no later than 10 days prior to the trial date.
