Local Rules & Standing Orders

Please direct all comments on the 2011 Rules of Court to the Court Executive Officer (ceo@alpine.courts.ca.gov). A hard copy of the 2011 Local Rules of Court can be requested from the Court Services staff at the Court House in Markleeville.

A hard copy of the proposed changes is available by request. Please direct any comments regarding the proposed changes to the Alpine County Superior Court Executive Officer at the Court's mailing address.

Comments must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, so they can be considered as part of the local rule and form adoption process. 

Each Superior Court of California adopts its own local rules of court. The Judicial Council of California maintains a list of links to each court's local rules if they are posted to the superior court's website.
