February 2, 2026:

There will be a Water Service Interruption (opens in new window) to the Markleeville community, including the courthouse, on Monday, February 2, 2026 during business hours. Parties are encouraged to appear remotely via Zoom for all court proceedings. Contact the court clerk's office to schedule a remote appearance: (530) 694-2113. 

Case Index:

Alpine County Superior Court does not currently offer online access to court records via a public portal, nor is there a public access terminal located at the Markleeville courthouse. All search/research requests and copy requests are performed by court staff.

  • 2024 Local Rules of Court

    Effective July 1, 2024

    Please direct all comments on the 2024 Local Rules of Court to the Court Executive Officer (ceo@alpine.courts.ca.gov). A hard copy of the 2024 Local Rules of Court may be purchased from the Court Services staff at the Court House in Markleeville.
