December 31, 2025:

The Court will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 31, 2025. The Court will be closed on Thursday, January 1, 2026, in observance of New Year's Day. Normal hours of operation will resume on Friday, January 2, 2026.

Alpine County Superior Court does not currently offer online access to court records via a public portal, nor is there a public access terminal located at the Markleeville courthouse. All search/research requests and copy requests are performed by court staff.

March 8, 2023 Atmospheric River Safety Recommendations

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Alpine County Unified Command recommends resupplying, limiting travel, and preparing for potential flooding in the area due to hazardous travel conditions and significant mixed precipitation events forecasted through March 15, 2023.
