RFP for Cleaning, Janitorial and Related Services Now Open

The Superior Court of California, County of Alpine (a "Judicial Branch Entity" or "JBE") is requesting proposals from highly qualified vendors to provide Cleaning, Janitorial and Related Services.  Responses to this Request For Proposal (“RFP”) will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria and methodology outlined in the RFP, including Attachment 1 (Administrative Rules Governing RFPs).

It is the Courts intent to award one Master Agreement.

The JBE reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to award the contract in whole and/or negotiate any or all items with individual Proposers if it is deemed in the JBE’s best interest, or not award any contracts based on submitted proposals.

Key Dates and Deadlines

• Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted to TCSolicitation@jud.ca.gov and must be received by 3:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) on March 15, 2024.
• Mandatory Onsite Pre-Bid Conference walkthrough at Court location- March 8, 2024, 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time). Please ask for Alicia Jauregui and meet in the court front lobby.

• Final proposal due date and time – April 5, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time)
