Self-Help

The Court provides free legal assistance to eligible consumers representing themselves in civil cases. While we will not represent you, we can help you to process your own case.

Self-Help Services

Free resources are available to eligible consumers to help find legal information and learn how to represent yourself in some legal matters.

Alpine County Family Law Facilitator Services

The Family Law Facilitator is an attorney available to provide procedural assistance to people who are representing themselves in family court.

Free legal assistance is available for those with issues related to:

  • Child Custody and Visitation

  • Property Division
  • Domestic Violence Restraining Orders
  • Other Family Law Matters
